The beacon went on the air in April 2008
in the hope of encouraging the use of ten
meters and as an indication when
the band is open.
The beacon project was the idea of myself, WD9CVP and N9GVD.
Changes will be made as the experiment goes on.
If you have any input or changes you would care
to see just let us know.
(CW speed, antenna HAAT, horizontal vs. vertical
or power output, etc...)
